Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Test Engineering lead to drive and manage our Test Development in Japan for EML and CW laser product lines. This role will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of world class testing strategies methodologies and tools to ensure product excellence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in driving innovation in testing practices scaling testing operations for complex products in a fast paced environment while driving collaboration and decision making to move actions forward with internal key stakeholders in operations and product R D.

応募資格

必須: Qualifications:
・Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering Physics Computer Science or a related technical field （Master’s degree preferred）
・Minimum 7 years of hands on experience in test engineering and test development for laser and/or VCSEL products at the wafer chip and CoC levels as well as for optical transceiver modules
・Proven track record of developing validating and deploying advanced optical test solutions in high volume manufacturing environments
・Demonstrated experience leading external suppliers in the design development qualification and release of automated test solutions to production
・Strong understanding of test solution release process to production such as correlation GRR and SPC
