【業務内容詳細】
-Oversee end-to-end supply chain and customer service operations, including team management
-Manage order processing, delivery scheduling, shipping and sales transactions, customer support, quotation preparation, and sales support
-Coordinate with overseas factories on procurement and lead times, optimize inventory, and manage import/export operations while collaborating with global teams
-Manage import/export and distribution operations in collaboration with logistics providers and warehouses, including documentation control
-Support automotive customers with JIT delivery coordination, inventory control, S&OP planning, reporting, and new business activities
-Handle end-to-end order management (quotation to payment), claims, rebates, customer inquiries, and inventory control/stocktaking
-Execute export-related operations, including returnable packaging management, forwarder coordination, and trade compliance/export control

- 必須

-5+ years of logistics operations or relevant experience
-Bachelor’s degree
-Business-level English
-Business-level Japanese
-Experience in order processing and order management
-Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
-Experience using SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
-Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
