■職務概要■Job Description
日本、中国、アジア地域の製造委託先（CMO）のマネジメントや生産管理、新規CMOの選定・契約などを担っていただきます。
As a key partner to the business, the Head of External Manufacturing and Sourcing (EM&S) is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of EM&S operations across three of our Regions (Japan, China and Asia).
This position leads and manages the manufacturing, sourcing and Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs) for all products produced externally within the Region.
Additionally responsible for assessing new business development opportunities and for developing and implementing the required organization, standards, processes and procedures.
The position reports to the Head of Global EM&S and is responsible for delivering overall performance results from the Regions’ CMO network.

- 必須

-製薬業界またはバイオ医薬品業界における製品供給および製造の10年以上の経験
- アジアにおける外部製造サプライヤーのリーダーシップとマネジメント経験と確かな実績
- 医薬品開発プロセス、GMP要件、無菌製品の製造に関する確かな理解
- エンドツーエンドのサプライチェーンマネジメント要件に関する深い理解
- マトリックス組織における業務遂行、社内外の上級管理職との連携、部門間プロセスの管理経験
- 優れたビジネス感覚、ビジネスパフォーマンス（コスト、リソース、成果の最適化）の改善実績、および関連する財務および法的側面に関する確かな理解
- 国際的な環境でのリーダーシップとマネジメント経験
- 英語力と日本語力必須（中国語が話せれば尚可）
