【業務内容詳細】
Report: General Manager of Japan
Team: 2 staff in the HR team
- Lead and manage all strategic and operational HR activities as well as enhance business performance and compliance.
- Provide strategic HR advice to leadership and support strategic decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead workplace safety initiatives to prevent incidents, manage injuries, and ensure compliance with legislation and best practice.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve organizational culture and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with Global stakeholders to implement group-wide initiatives, policies and programs.

- 必須

- 8+ years of experience in senior HR leadership roles within an international environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading and implementing organizational change and transformation initiatives.
- Broad and deep knowledge of HR management, employment legislation, policies, and best practice.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams and senior leaders.
- Strong business and commercial acumen with the ability to influence at Senior Leadership level.
- Highly developed communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capability.
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Business level English
