【業務内容詳細】
We are looking for an experienced HR & Administration Manager to lead people operations and workplace management for the Japan entity.
This role combines strategic HR business partnering with hands-on operational leadership, working closely with business leaders to support organizational growth, strengthen workplace culture, and ensure effective HR and office operations.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to management, while also ensuring that the people infrastructure and workplace environment enable teams to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to leadership, advising on workforce planning, organizational development, and people strategy.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations and complex people matters, providing pragmatic, business-focused solutions.
- Lead the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
- Drive local implementation of global HR programs, supporting talent development and organizational effectiveness.
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits, HR systems (Workday), and compliance with Japanese labor regulations.
- Maintain and evolve HR policies, work rules, and employee handbook to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Manage office and facility operations, including vendor management, workplace safety, and office administration.
- Act as Ethics Officer for the Japan entity, supporting governance, compliance initiatives, and integrity standards.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience in HR leadership or HR business partnering, ideally in an international company
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and talent management processes
- Understanding of Japanese labor laws and HR practices
- Ability to handle employee relations matters and support business leaders with HR advice
- Experience working with vendors and external service providers
- Strong business mindset and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work independently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Native Japanese and business-level English
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to influence, engage, and support others’ development

1000万円~1600万円程度
※候補者様のご経験やスキルに応じて上下に変動致します。
