試用期間後など、業務に慣れた後はフレックス制度の使用や週2日までの在宅勤務も可能です。
【業務内容詳細】
- Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company.
- Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
- Supervise the preparation of monthly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
- Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.
- Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts
- Support strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts
- Monitoring of company’s internal controls in accordance with its own accounting manual and ICS matrix
- Support finance department members in improving their skills and carrying out daily accounting operations
- Reporting finance status to country manager, group finance manager and take any actions for achieving budget with managers
- Provide financial support for corporate planning department’s strategic planning
- Support creating, monitoring, analyzing sales and margin with sales
- Cost improvement with factory managers
- FTE and payroll cost improving with HR manager
- 応募資格

- 必須

- 5+ years of experience in finance roles in manufacturing industry
- Proven proficiency in financial analysis and strategic development
- Familiarity with IFRS and Japan accounting standards
- Comprehensive understanding of financial reporting standards, tax laws, and industry regulations
- Business level English, and native level Japanese
- Proven experience managing small to mid-size organizations
- Experience in managing and processing with an internal control
