■HRプロセス改善に携われるポジション
Head of HRおよびHRビジネスパートナーと連携しながら、HRオペレーションや各種プロセスの強化をご担当いただきます。これまでのご経験を活かしながら、業務フローの改善や新しい仕組みづくりに関わることができます!
■レポートライン/チーム構成について
レポート先はHead of HRで、HRビジネスパートナーと連携して業務を進めていただきます。少数精鋭のHRチームの一員としてご活躍いただきます。

【業務内容詳細】
1. HR Advisory & Administration
- Provide timely HR support and respond to employee and manager inquiries.
- Manage day-to-day HR administration including onboarding, employee records, contracts, terminations, and reference letters.
- Work closely with internal teams such as Finance and Operations.
- Support performance management, disciplinary processes, training coordination, and recruitment administration (e.g., scheduling interviews).
- Maintain and update HR policies, guidelines, contracts, and internal HR pages.
- Administer employee benefits, respond to related inquiries, and manage HR-related invoices.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee engagement.
- Handle HR and employee information confidentially in line with data privacy requirements.
2. HR Systems & Processes
- Act as key user for HR systems, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance.
- Maintain HR data and prepare reports (e.g., organization charts, training records, compliance documentation).
- Coordinate with the external payroll provider to ensure payroll data is accurate and submitted on time.
- Support the annual salary review process with reporting and administration.
3. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Stay updated on employment regulations and ensure HR practices remain compliant.
- Ensure HR policies are communicated and properly documented.
- Support preparation of HR-related documents (contracts, letters, insurance documentation, etc.) in line with local requirements.

- 必須

- 5+ years of experience in HR or a related administrative role.
- Experience using HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, or similar platforms).
- Basic knowledge of payroll processes and Japanese labor regulations is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in daily work.
- Have excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks and respond to different requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with managers and employees.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to use sound judgment and initiative.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Comfortable working with numerical data and using Excel (including functions such as Pivot Tables).
