【業務内容詳細】
Reporting to the Planning Manager
- Manage inventory levels
- Monitor and adjust planning settings to maintain target stock levels and service performance
- Create and manage replenishment orders
- Review inventory data and decide which open orders should be prioritized or delayed
- Lead regular meetings with internal teams to align supply with demand
- Prepare and maintain inventory and replenishment plans with local and overseas teams
- Communicate with regional teams about order status, delivery schedule changes, and product launches or discontinuations

- 3+ years of planning experience or inventory management experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Native Japanese
- Business Level English
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow up on open issues
- Experience with using Excel, etc.
