【業務内容詳細】
Report: TA Manager
Team: 2-3 members in TA team
- Lead mid-career and new graduate recruitment, including strategy planning, job postings, direct sourcing, and agency collaboration.
- Align hiring plans with business divisions, execute employer branding, and manage recruitment events.
- Develop talent pool strategies and continuously improve hiring processes.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects.
- Planning and executing recruitment strategies based on the hiring plan.
- Aligning hiring requirements (timeline, conditions, process, etc.) with various business divisions.

- 必須

- 5+ years of recruitment experience
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, agency relationship management, project coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Business-level English
- Ability to multi-task
- Adaptable and proactive mindset
- Good communication skills
- Open to learning mindset
