Job Purpose:
Enhance and strengthen Talent Acquisition function by planning, implementing, and continuously
improving HR policies, employee relations programs, and operational processes.
Serve as a strategic partner who connects organizational growth goals with effective talent acquisition
strategies and provides functional consultation across business units.

■Develop and lead annual and quarterly action plans based on hiring KPIs and business objectives
■Drive KPI achievement through data analysis and continuous improvement cycles (PDCA)
■Maximize the use of recruitment technologies such as HRIS and ATS to strengthen sourcing,
screening, and talent pool development
■Engage multi‑layer stakeholders, including Hiring Managers and Executive leaders, providing
regular updates and improvement insights to build strong and trusted partnerships
■Introducing and implementing new technologies and tools that improve candidate experience,
enhance operational efficiency, and support rapid adaptation to business needs
■Adopt effective and impactful hiring methods to strengthen the company’s brand as an employer of
choice
■ Continuously review and optimize Japan’s recruitment processes, acting as a driver for operational
excellence and innovation
■ Collaborate with Japan HR teams (HR Director, HRBP, HR Ops, C&B) to ensure transparent,

- 必須

■ 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition independently driving the PDCA cycle of
recruitment strategies based on business needs and target talent
■ 2+ years of experience as a People Manager
■ Japanese: Native level / English: Business level or above
