Responsibility
• Manages the finance department of the Japanese subsidiary
• Member of the Leadership Team of Japan
• Enforces the application of both Corporate and local accounting standards (IFRS and JGAAP
respectively)
• Implements Corporate financial, functioning and operating procedures and control their enforcement
• Responsible for the monthly closing process and Corporate reporting, ensuring consistency and
accuracy of both financial and non-financial data reported
• Prepares relevant analysis on the financial performance of the subsidiary, identify and propose business
processes improvement to local and regional management
• Is in charge of deploying and maintaining the “ASIA reporting” tools in Japan
• Drives the budget process, long-range plan development and implementation
• Controls the reliability and consistency of the financial and non-financial data used for project valuation
in liaison with Development, Sales and Program Management teams
• Supervises the costing process in SAP
• Supports SAP enhancements
• Liaises with Corporate for any legal, treasury and taxation issues.
• Supervises the relationship with external and internal auditors and ensure that their recommendations
are implemented
• Provides support and guidance to other functions as needed
• Other duties as assigned.

• チームマネージャーを含む15年以上の実務経験
• 会計、原価計算、価格設定、財務報告の経験
• SAP(FI/COモジュール)の知識
• 会計法および会計原則に関する知識
• Microsoft Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)のコンピュータスキル
• 英語力(必須)
