営業推進・企画のご経験のある方は歓迎です。
This is a high visibility role with defined accountability directly reporting into the Commercial Head of Japan. In this position you would lead the Strategy and Execution for T W business in Japan in close collaboration with the Commercial Head of Japan. You will Develop and implement business planning efforts in order to build grow Givaudan's position for Flavours Natural Colours and Functional Ingredients across categories for Japan according to the 2030 strategy.
【Roles Responsibilities】
・Define business strategy for Japan the main goals and the actions needed to deliver them

Requirements:
・Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study
・5 years of demonstrated track record in business planning business development and strategy development
・Competent knowledge of the industry including technical aspects
・Strong presentation skills
・Excellent oral and written communication skills ・ ability to convey information in an engaging way and good at building relationships
・Entrepreneurial mindset to get the job done
