■ 経営層と近い距離で働けるレポートライン
本ポジションは、中国拠点のAPACファイナンスディレクターおよび日本法人のマネジングディレクターに直接レポートします。日本は同社にとって重要市場であるため、経営層が頻繁に来日し、日常的に意思決定に関わる機会があります。経営層と密に連携しながらビジネスを動かす醍醐味を味わいたい方や、グローバルな視点でキャリアを広げたい方に最適な環境です。

3名のスタッフをマネジメントし、SAPを活用しながら業務を進めます。うち2名は10年以上在籍するベテランで、安定したチーム体制が整っています。さらに、財務ディレクターの着任後には新たな専門職の採用も予定されており、既存の強い基盤を活かしつつ、自らの理想のチームをつくり上げたい方や、マネジメント経験をさらに発展させたい方にとって魅力的なポジションです。

業務内容詳細：
Strategic Business Partnership & Financial Insights
- Support the President in shaping long‑term strategy and delivering the Annual Operating Plan.
- Own the Japan P&L and analyze revenue, margins, and costs to improve profitability.
- Provide clear, data‑driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Monitor key KPIs such as cash flow, DSO, and inventory turnover to ensure financial health.
Logistics & Supply Chain Operations
- Lead logistics and supply chain activities, ensuring smooth import, warehousing, and distribution.
- Manage service parts inventory to maintain high machine uptime and service quality.
- Work with the Service team to align parts availability with maintenance needs.
- Optimize inventory levels and support cost‑efficient supply chain strategies.
Financial Leadership & Governance
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, tax, treasury, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and strengthen internal controls and financial processes.
- Represent Finance and Operations in executive meetings.
- Lead and develop the Japan finance and operations teams to drive high performance.

- 必須

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in operations, logistics, and service‑parts supply chain management.
- Strong financial planning, analysis, and reporting skills with solid knowledge of GAAP/IFRS.
- Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and data visualization tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.
- Fluent in English.
