【業務内容詳細】
- Reporting to the Japan Financial Controller
- Lead the finance team of 2 supporting staff (AR&AP) and support two manufacturing plants in Japan.
- Staffs training and development
- Lead the financial close, forecasting and annual budgeting independently.
- Handle and manage all statutory and tax requirements.
- Responsible for all financial activities reporting to US corporate.
- Communicate clearly the drivers for the month’s results and provide gap analysis to Financial Controller.
- Provide value added financial analyses with accurate data to help business leaders make better decisions.
- Manage all local statutory requirement, tax and corporate secretarial matters.

- 必須

- 8+ years of Accounting / Finance experience at multinational companies
- Good knowledge of Japanese GAAP, US GAAP, Local Tax
- Oracle and Hyperion knowledge will be an advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Proficient in the use of advance excel.
