Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize English contracts in a global cross-border environment.＜Key Responsibilities＞
・Draft English contracts, including sale and lease agreements
・Review contracts and adjust key terms and conditions
・Negotiate contractual terms with relevant stakeholders
・Manage contract finalization and execution processes
・Handle contractual matters related to cross-border transactions
・Support the enhancement of in-house legal capabilities
・Provide analytical and problem-solving support beyond traditional legal functions
＜Key Attractions＞
