【業務内容詳細】
-Lead strategic supplier identification, qualification, and approval
-Drive sourcing strategy for capacity planning, and supplier onboarding.
-Manage cross-functional teams to support sourcing, cost, and supply chain objectives.
-Support global and regional contract negotiations and in-house vs. outsource decisions.
-Establish target costs and execute cost-reduction initiatives.
-Negotiate commercial terms covering price, quality, delivery, and service performance.
-Utilize digital procurement tools.

- 必須

-3+ years of experience in procurement, sales, or technical roles within the electronic components industry
-Bachelor’s degree
-Business-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and procurement/ERP systems
-Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
-Experience leading or actively contributing to cross-functional teams
