【業務内容詳細】
- Track and analyze R&D project expenditures, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead
- Monitor actual costs versus budgeted/forecasted costs, identifying variances and root causes
- Work with R&D teams to ensure accurate allocation and documentation of project costs.
- Maintain cost records and support compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with R&D to develop annual and project-level R&D budgets.
- Prepare rolling forecasts and update projections based on project progress and market changes.
- Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis for new and ongoing R&D initiatives.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
- Support implementation of cost control measures, such as phased prototyping.
- Communicate financial risks and opportunities to R&D and finance leadership teams.
- Assist with audits and provide documentation for regulatory or tax compliance as needed.
- Develop annual Capex budgets in collaboration with all departments.
- Prepare and present regular reports on Capex spending, forecasts, and key financial metrics to managements.
- Supervise treasury and administrative tasks done by local financial analyst and GBS

- Manufacturing cost analysis or plant finance experience
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, standard costing systems, and variance analysis techniques
- Knowledge of Japanese accounting/tax regulations
- Familiarity with local treasury operations
- Advanced proficiency with ERP as well as Microsoft Excel and BI reporting tools.
