As a Senior Engineering Manager you will lead engineering activities across Henkel Japan sites driving capital projects process
improvements maintenance excellence and sustainability initiatives. You will act as the engineering authority for the country
developing engineering solutions to reduce operational cost improve quality enhance process safety and support long term
manufacturing competitiveness.
This role covers multiple sites in Japan （e.g. Osaka Hino Kakogawa Atsugi and Yokohama） and works closely with regional and APAC
stakeholders to deliver high impact engineering projects and standards.

ス改善、卓越した保守活動、持続可能性イニシアチブを推進します。
国内におけるエンジニアリングの責任者として、運用コスト削減、品質向上、プロセス安全性の強化、長期的な製造競争力の維持を支援するエ
ンジニアリングソリューションを開発します。
国内複数拠点（例：大阪、日野、加古川、厚木、横浜）を管轄し、地域およびアジア太平洋地域の関係者と緊密に連携しながら、影響力の大き
いエンジニアリングプロジェクトと基準の実現を推進します。

- 必須

・Bachelor’s degree in mechanical Electrical Chemical Engineering or related field
・10・20 years of experience in plant maintenance engineering or production in chemical or industrial manufacturing environment
・Strong experience in capital projects process design and equipment installation
・Solid knowledge of lean manufacturing problem solving （A3 Six Sigma） and continuous improvement
・Fluent in Japanese and business level proficiency in English are required.
・High level of ownership autonomy and leadership mindset
