A global automotive technology company is seeking a Global HR Director.Responsibilities:
* Lead global HR transformation strategy across systems, processes, and culture
* Design a balanced global HR operating model between headquarters and regions
* Drive reliable operations in Japan while enabling agile strategy at headquarters
* Build and scale a cohesive multinational HRBP organisation across key regions
* Partner with executives to align people strategy with business performance
* Bridge cross-cultural management between Japan, China, and Western operations
Requirements:
* More than 10 years of HR leadership experience in the manufacturing industry (with career progression through managerial roles)
* Experience managing teams across multiple regions (Asia, Europe, and the Americas)
* Business level English
Preferred requirements:
* More than 10 years of HR leadership experience in the automotive manufacturing industry (with career progression through managerial roles)
* Experience at both Japanese and Chinese companies
* Background in post-M&A organisational integration and transformation projects
* Proficient in Japanese and Chinese
