* Ensure all financial activities align with the school's strategic objectives
* Implement and manage effective financial controls, policies, and procedures across departments
* Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and relevant government regulations
* Support the Finance team in maintaining strong governance, financial integrity, and sustainable operations
* Collaborate with department heads to monitor budgets and financial performance
* Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making and business planning
