An international premium beverage company is looking for a Jr. FP&A Analyst.Responsibilities:
* Support the formulation of annual budgets and medium-term business plans
* Manage monthly performance, including budget vs actual analysis, variance analysis, and KPI monitoring
* Prepare and report financial analysis to management and departments
* Control SG&A and propose cost efficiency measures
* Aggregate, analyse, and visualise financial data using Excel and BI tools
* Handle reporting to headquarters in English
* Conduct ad-hoc analysis for new store expansions, investments, and ROI evaluations
Requirements:
* More than 3 years of accounting experience at an operating company or accounting firm
* Understanding of financial statements (P&L, BS, CF)
* Skilled in data creation and analysis using Excel
* Possess a valid Nippon Chamber of Commerce Bookkeeping Level 2+ qualification
* Proficient in Japanese
Preferred requirements:
* Experience using accounting systems, particularly SAP, in English
* Practical experience in FP&A or financial analysis within a business company
* Experience in multi-store businesses such as retail or food service
