外資系IT企業での募集です。We are seeking an experienced Recruiter and Senior Recruiter with ability to direct hire candidates in the Japan IT market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT services sector recruitment excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to deliver top talent in a competitive market.

Qualifications Skills
Language: Native level Japanese
Experience:
Minimum 5 7 years of recruitment experience with at least 5 years in IT services sector.
Proven success in direct hire recruitment within Japan
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT roles （e.g but not limited to software engineers project managers cloud specialists）.
Soft Skills: Strong communication negotiation and relationship building skills.
Tools: Experience with ATS systems and sourcing platforms （Workday LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and other sourcing channels in Japan market）.
