【業務内容詳細】
-Develop and execute distribution and transportation strategies aligned with business and supply chain objectives.
-Oversee distribution center operations and transportation networks to ensure efficient and reliable service delivery.
-Monitor operational performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance cost, quality, and service levels.
-Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, environmental, customs, and trade regulations.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to support operational alignment and business priorities.
-Manage relationships with logistics providers and vendors to maintain service performance and continuous improvement.
-Support budgeting, financial analysis, and risk management activities related to logistics and transportation operations.
-Lead or contribute to strategic logistics initiatives, including network optimization, third-party provider management, and operational feasibility assessments.

- 必須

-3+ years of experience in distribution and logistics operations.
-Bachelor’s degree
-Business-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Experience supporting e-commerce or operational process implementations is a plus!
-Proven project management experience, including coordination of logistics or third-party provider transitions.
-Working knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain management tools; SAP experience preferred.
-Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and Microsoft Office skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
