Lead strategy and operations in Japan, Australia, South Korea, and China in a high-autonomy role.<Key Responsibilities>
・Develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction, adoption, retention, and growth across APAC
・Lead, mentor, and develop Regional Directors and CSM teams
・Analyze customer data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
・Execute professional services delivery strategies
・Build and maintain relationships with key customer executives to retain, renew, and expand ARR
・Collaborate with internal teams to drive delivery, onboarding, ARR risk mitigation, and expansion initiatives
<Key Attractions>
・VP role overseeing Customer Success across the APAC region
・Manage multiple countries including Japan, Australia, South Korea, and China
・Lead a ~100-person organization across two divisions

・5+ years of team management experience in consulting or customer success
・10+ years of professional experience at an IT consulting firm or software vendor
・Proficiency with standard PC tools
・Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
・Business-level English proficiency
・Conversational-level Japanese
