An international luxury goods company is seeking an Inventory Planning Manager.Responsibilities:
* Oversee a team of 6 to maintain optimal product levels across retail and digital channels
* Monitor and control inventory flow, daily replenishment, and network consistency
* Develop and implement inventory management strategies for seasonality, new launches, and network expansion
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and sustainability
* Share monthly insights with top management during SOP reviews
* Collaborate with internal teams and global supply chain counterparts to ensure operational alignment
* Build and execute training and development plans to strengthen team capabilities
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above (Engineering degree is ideal)
* 8-10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and/or operations
* Proficient in data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and Dataset
* Proven leadership with talent development experience
* Business level Japanese and English
Preferred requirements:
* Experience in luxury goods and/or global companies
