An international industrial electronics and connectivity solutions company is looking for a Sales Manager. The selected candidate will drive territory sales growth by developing customers, leading the field sales team, and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. This is a remote setup role.
仕事内容
An international industrial electronics and connectivity solutions company is looking for a Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategic and tactical sales plans in collaboration with senior leadership
* Build, maintain, and expand relationships with existing customers to increase share of wallet and product penetration
* Identify and develop new customers while uncovering growth opportunities across target markets
* Lead, train, motivate, and manage the field sales team to achieve sales and gross profit targets
* Analyse customer purchasing data to define future sales and product strategies
* Prepare and manage annual sales and expenditure budgets for the territory
* Monitor sales performance against budget and review progress regularly with management
* Represent the business at trade exhibitions and industry events to generate new opportunities



Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* More than 5 years of sales experience with progression into a sales management role
* Proven experience developing new customers and growing existing accounts
* Solid CRM system knowledge for managing contacts, opportunities, and sales funnels
* Working knowledge of ERP systems with the ability to analyse and interpret business data
* Proficient in MS Office Suite with willingness to master internal systems

Preferred requirements:

* Experience working within a distribution business model
* Exposure to industries such as Military, Oil and Gas, Commercial Air, Industrial, Data Communication, or Rail Mass Transit
* Experience managing supplier relationships and complex sales programmes
