A multinational power and energy technology company is looking for a Service Sales professional. The selected candidate will drive service-related sales growth by developing customer relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and identifying new opportunities within the power grid market. This is a hybrid setup role.
仕事内容
A multinational power and energy technology company is looking for a Service Sales professional.
Responsibilities:

* Drive sales of products, systems, and services within the power grid market in line with business strategy
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while addressing specific customer needs and issues
* Identify and develop new sales opportunities across domestic and international customers and end users
* Achieve volume, mix, and profitability targets for assigned business units and product groups
* Prepare and manage sales plans using internal tools and implement recovery actions when required
* Create customer value by managing transactions, contracts, and proposals through to delivery and site completion
* Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the entire sales and delivery process
* Execute effective marketing activities and clearly communicate value propositions to customers



Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above
* Sales experience in the power industry segment, particularly within service-related business or after-sales service for heavy machinery or electrical facilities in Japan
* Proven experience utilising CRM systems such as SFDC
* Proficient in managing customer relationships and complex sales processes
* Daily conversational level English; high business level Japanese



Preferred requirements:

* Experience in renewable energy, data centre, industrial, or power utility markets in Japan
* Product knowledge of HV grid substations, including GIS, transformers, MV switchgears, and protection and control systems
