【業務内容詳細】
Reporting to: Head of SCM
- Manage end-to-end order processing within internal systems, ensuring accuracy, timely fulfillment, and smooth order lifecycle execution
- Oversee inventory management, including stock monitoring, reconciliation, and availability planning to support demand and delivery commitments
- Handle internal and customer inquiries related to order status, shipments, and deliveries, providing timely resolution and clear communication
- Coordinate domestic logistics operations and last-mile deliveries to ensure on-time and cost-effective fulfillment
- Track shipments proactively and resolve delays, damages, or delivery issues in coordination with carriers and internal teams
- Review and select shipping methods to balance service levels, cost efficiency, and operational requirements
- Act as a cross-functional liaison between sales, customer service, finance, and operations to align workflows and resolve issues
- Support billing, invoicing, and order-to-cash processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reconciliation

- 必須

- 5+ years of experience in logistics, import/export operations, and order management
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP
- Proven people management and team leadership skills
- Highly adaptable with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Japanese with strong professional proficiency in English
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
