管理職（工場・技術マネジメント）のご経験のある方は歓迎です。
Senior Engineering Manager will have a responsibility for developing new industrial process and designing new process/equipment or modifying existing one.
The role can include collecting data required on the process overseeing the construction calculating the engineering factor supervising plant operation investigating and troubleshooting plant/process problems assessing safety and environmental issues liaising with installation/project engineers and specialists and ensuring safe working conditions and compliance with health and safety.
・Base will be considerable on Osaka / Hino / Atsugi in Japan but he/she will cover Japan country.
・Develop engineering solutions to reduce operations cost improve quality and drive sustainability targets
・Manage Projects 5.0 Meuro per annum select engineering companies and suppliers that are capable and effective.
・Manage Project Teams and Stakeholders across APAC with diverse nationalities.

・BSC In engineering discipline or Masters
・Business level English and native Japanese
・10 years’ experience in plant improvement projects and plant operations.
・Process Design Skills Knowledge of Lean and problem solving capabilities A3 Six Sigma.
・Experience with hazardous and toxic materials and how to mitigate affects.
・Engineering Leadership Project Management and Project engineering
