経理（非上場）のご経験のある方は歓迎です。Financial Planning and Analysis Reporting
Lead the finance team of 2 supporting staffs （AR AP） and support the manufacturing plants in Saitama and Hyogo.
Staffs training and development
Lead the financial close independently and assist forecasting and annual budgeting.
Handle and manage all statutory and tax requirements.
Responsible for financial activities reporting to US corporate.
Communicate clearly the drivers for the month’s results and provide gap analysis to Financial Controller.
Provide value added financial analyses with accurate data to help business leaders make better decisions.
Manage selected local statutory requirements tax matters and corporate secretarial activities.
Fixed asset・related tasks including progress management fixed asset ledger management and preparation of depreciation asset tax returns.
Any ad hoc assignments.

Audit background or working experience in a US MNC preferred.
Previous experience in manufacturing environment
Good knowledge of Japanese GAAP US GAAP Local Tax
Oracle and Hyperion knowledge will be an advantage.
Good command of spoken and written English
Proficient in the use of advance excel.
Independent worker who requires minimum supervision.
Ability to work under pressure and accept new challenges.
Strong process management with continuous improvement mindset.
Accountancy university degree or higher is a must.
