【業務内容詳細】 - Lead Total Rewards Strategy: Set policies and guide reward decisions to support retention, equity, and business goals. - Implement Job Levels & Structure: Roll out global job architecture locally and link it to pay systems and career paths. - Benchmark Compensation: Manage salary surveys and use data to keep pay competitive and market-aligned. - Support Executive Pay: Build clear, compliant pay packages for senior leaders, including base, bonus, and equity. - Run Equity Programs: Oversee employee stock plans (ESOP/ESPP), ensure accuracy, and support communications. - Manage Pay Cycles: Lead annual salary reviews, bonus processes, and work with Finance on pay planning. - Oversee Benefits: Manage vendors and ensure benefits are cost-effective, compliant, and employee-friendly. - Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and lead a small team to deliver strong reward programs.

必須
- Bachelor's degree or higher - Business level English - 7+ years in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits, including team or project leadership. -Hands-on experience with job leveling, benchmarking, and managing compensation cycles. - Confident with data – strong Excel skills; HR systems knowledge is a bonus. - Strong your integrity, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information.
