An international advanced manufacturing company is looking for an FP&A Leader.Responsibilities:
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the Japan plant
* Deliver clear insights on financial performance, variances, profitability, and cost trends
* Build financial models to support operational decisions and growth initiatives
* Partner with plant leadership, operations, supply chain, and procurement teams
* Translate financial data into actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability
* Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, production variances, and manufacturing KPIs
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
* 5-8 years of FP&A or operational finance experience
* Experience in manufacturing or plant operations within an MNC environment
* Strong understanding of cost accounting, production finance, and operational KPIs
* Proficient in SAP, financial reporting tools, ERP platforms, and advanced Excel or BI tools
* Possess a valid professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or MBA
* Professional level Japanese; basic level English
