A renowned advertising agency is looking for a Financial Controller.Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and audit requirements
* Lead month-end, HFM reviews, annual commit, and reforecast submissions
* Oversee client account finance including budgeting, contracts, and profitability improvement
* Partner with leadership to drive commercial decisions, revenue growth, and cost efficiency
* Manage business risks including FX exposure and accelerate cash collection
* Drive process improvements, support system migrations, and lead change initiatives
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* Background in media system
* Knowledge of the industry
* Excellent management skills
* Proficient in Pegasus, SAP or similar ERP
* Skilled in MS Office Suite
* Business level English and Japanese
Preferred requirements:
* Understanding of agency media
* Skilled in Hyperion (HFM)
* Possess valid CA/CPA qualification
