【業務内容詳細】
As a member of the Japan leadership team and a key partner to global HR, you will lead the full HR function in Japan, shaping and executing the people strategy to support business growth.
HR Strategy & Governance
- Define and lead the HR operating model, governance, and people strategy for Japan
- Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives to support business needs
- Lead the localization and implementation of global HR initiatives
Talent & Leadership Development
- Lead talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and manager capability-building programs to strengthen leadership across the organization
- Foster a high-performance, values-driven culture through employee engagement initiatives
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Japanese labor laws and employment regulations while proactively managing risk
- Oversee HR policies and programs across the employee lifecycle and drive operational excellence within the HR team
- Lead compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy aligned with business objectives
Stakeholder Partnership & Execution
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Japan President and senior leadership team, providing HR guidance
- Align stakeholders, set priorities, and execute HR initiatives
- Partner with regional and global teams to represent Japan’s needs while supporting global objectives
- Lead recruitment strategy to attract top bilingual talent

- 必須

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Business-level English (able to present to and negotiate with global stakeholders)
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with a track record of clear ownership of the people agenda in a Head of HR, HR Director, or senior HRBP capacity
- Demonstrated experience in both HR strategy and HR operations — this role requires strength in both
- Strong knowledge of Japanese labor law, employee relations, and compliance
- Experience in organizational change, restructuring, or scale-up environments
- Proven ability to work effectively with regional or global headquarters in a matrix structure
- Mature leadership style with strong communication skills and a collaborative, inclusive mindset
- Hands-on execution capability — able to move from strategic planning to ground-level delivery without losing momentum

- Experience building or restructuring HR functions in a scaling organization
- Track record of successfully introducing global programs into a Japan local context
