【業務内容詳細】
This role will function as a strategic leader for the HR function in Japan as a business partner and member of the senior management team and also as a hands-on manager for operations in Japan.
- Lead the growth strategy for the company effectively and building of a solid HR foundation to support growth
- Partner with business unit leaders and senior management locally and globally to provide consulting and advice as a business partner
- Implement and improve HR policies, operations, and processes to create operational excellence
- Build company culture based on company values and lead engagement
- Introduce global projects into Japan
- Build and lead talent management and development programs
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations
- Manage recruitment strategy for growing the business and hiring top talent in the market
- Manage compensation and benefits
- Other duties as required

- 必須

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Business level English
- 12+ years relevant HR experience including experience in manager and/or HR BP senior positions
- Strong communication skills
- Strong understanding of Japan labor law and regulations
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Ability to be hands-on as a playing manager
