A multinational technology solutions company is looking for a Territory Sales Manager.Responsibilities:
* Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while driving pipeline growth
* Develop and execute short- and long-term territory growth strategies using CRM and sales tools
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting via phone, email, and social media
* Collaborate with marketing to deliver lead generation initiatives and customer engagement events
* Support customer decision-making through product positioning and demonstrations with application engineering
* Identify new accounts and opportunities by monitoring market and industry trends
* Execute global key account strategies within the assigned territory
* Evaluate and report on sales agent and distributor performance, including commission structures
* Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and business reports
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries, including quotations and product information
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 5 years of sales and account management experience
* Experience selling highly technical capital equipment
* Proficient in value-based selling, prospecting methods, and territory management
* Skilled in presentation delivery, communication, organisation, and time management
* Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%, including domestic and periodic international travel
* Business level English
Preferred requirements:
* Technical degree
* Experience selling software solutions
* International sales experience
* Knowledge of polymer and rubber markets
