An international industrial gases and surface technologies company is looking for a Finance Manager.Responsibilities:
* Lead the finance team and support manufacturing plants in financial operations
* Train and develop finance staff to enhance team capabilities
* Manage financial close, forecasting, and annual budgeting processes
* Handle statutory and tax compliance and reporting to the corporate
* Provide a clear analysis of monthly results and gap analysis to the Financial Controller
* Deliver value-added financial analyses to support business decision-making
* Manage local statutory, tax, and corporate secretarial matters
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in accountancy
* Experience in a manufacturing environment
* Knowledge of Japanese GAAP, US GAAP, and local tax regulations
* Proficient in Oracle, Hyperion, and advanced Excel
* Professional level Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English
Preferred requirements:
* Experience in audit or a US MNC environment
* Experience with Oracle and Hyperion financial systems
* Prior exposure to manufacturing finance operations
