外資系ヘルスケア企業での募集です。Acting as co pilot to the business leader（s） your key accountability is to partner with your business partner to drive commercial performance outcomes against plans forecasts and strategic objectives. This role may or may not have line manager responsibilities. You will be a trusted and relied upon partner respected for your commercial acumen and your ability to provide succinct but powerful storytelling with actionable insight.
管理部門責任者・ファイナンシャルコントローラーのご経験のある方は歓迎です。
You will be the face of Finance for your business stakeholders connecting them where appropriate with your finance colleagues within CBS or the wider Finance team to solve the problems that don’t fall within the accountabilities of the FBP e.g. statutory accounting tax and controlling activities. You will be an advocate for the Finance Service Delivery Model helping your stakeholders understand the new ways of working in Finance.
