As HSSE Advisor you are responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health safety Security and Environmental practices are implemented and maintained during the transportation of components and pre installation works at the base port. You play a crucial role in overseeing HSSE compliance risk management incident prevention and promoting a strong safety culture within the project team and contractors. Ambassador for the company’s Safety leadership and Life Saving Rules.
■Key Responsibilities
【Corporate deliverables】
・Actively demonstrate the company safety principles ensuring they are embedded with the project.
・Compliance and verification against corporate / project Operating Management System （OMS）
【HSSE Strategy and Planning】
・Assist to embed the HSSE strategy throughout the project and within each contractor’s scope of work.
・Liaise with both project and contractors ensuring clear planning on HSSE controls and measures in pl…

■Qualifications Experience:
・Degree in related discipline Engineering or Science or equivalent experience.
・Prior experience in HSSE Advisory position preferably in the renewable energy or offshore industry.
・Demonstrated knowledge of HSSE regulations standards and practices relevant to offshore operations （e.g. OSHA ISO 45001 ）.
・Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
・Fluent in Japanese
・English desirable
・GWO Basic Safety Training （First Aid Manual Handling Fire Awareness and Working at Heights）
