【Requirements】
■ Thought leadership
Ability to identify key issues / contentions for ambiguous problems
Ability to simplify structure and output various data and information
Ability to “connect the dots” to uncover insights and actions beyond the obvious
Quantitative analytical skills: experience in using excel and BI tools to derive meaningful insights
Planning skills to achieve goals with feasible timeline by the most effective way
■ Organizational skills / personality
Comfortable to collaborate with different stakeholders of various backgrounds and ability to build and maintain trustful relationships
Oral Communication skills to concisely convey essential information and insights that audiences require
