HRBPのご経験のある方は歓迎です。
Strategic and influential HR Business Partner responsible for leading HR initiatives that directly support business growth and organizational effectiveness in a dynamic retail environment. This role requires the ability to translate business priorities into HR strategies advise senior leaders and drive enterprise level HR programs. The Manager HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to management proactively identifying organizational needs shaping talent strategies and driving cultural and operational excellence across both retail stores and the head office. Beyond HR expertise strong leadership data driven decision making innovation mindset and the ability to lead cross functional initiatives are essential.

Requirements:
・Demonstrated leadership behaviors: strategic thinking entrepreneurship resilience growth mindset and learning agility.
・7+ years’ HR experience with at least 3 years in an HRBP role supporting retail stores and head office in a premium retail or customer service driven industry.
・Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strong trust based partnerships across the organization.
・Strong communication facilitation negotiation and conflict management skills.
・Ability to lead cross functional initiatives manage multiple priorities and make data driven decisions under tight deadlines.
・Solid IT literacy (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint) and openness to leveraging new HR technologies and tools.
