• Responsible for the management and optimization of information-related activities in the business group and repair shop.
• As the IT point of contact (POC) for the business group, you will work with internal and external stakeholders, including the repair shop, related support teams (IT/accounting/legal teams), and the offshore IT team, to confirm specifications for various projects, verify output data, and oversee overall project promotion.
• Serve as a liaison for company's business IT solutions, supporting the configuration and data maintenance of the ERP/SFC (Shop-Floor Control) system. Work with the IT team to oversee various codes, SKUs, BOMs, billing settings, rule engines, incident management, data maintenance, etc.
• As part of the business owner team, develop short to long term strategies and goals for continuous improvement of BI and ERP/SFC and IT related roadmaps.
• As a member of the business owner team, promote, plan and coordinate the development of continuous improvements to systems related to customer reporting (KPI reports, repair reports, billing reports, etc.).
• Coordinate with Repair Factory and IT team to carry out necessary User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and arrangements, QA testing and Final Acceptance Inspection in all release cycles.
• Act as the project lead for customer reporting automation, working with domestic and international IT teams to help develop and implement reporting mechanisms.
• Assist the Repair Shop team in setting up reports to improve business activities and advise operational settings to meet customer reporting standards.
• Support communication between overseas teams and Business group/Repair factory/Japan-SCM, and maintain smooth communication and understanding in both Japanese and English.

• More than 3 years of experience in PMO work
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, IT, and administrative teams to solve complex business challenges and drive strategic initiatives
• Practical data analysis skills and BI/DBMS knowledge
• Experience in dealing with customers, stakeholders, and management (experience in the mobile phone industry is preferred)
• Fluent in Japanese and ability to carry out work in English is required
