【業務内容詳細】
Report to Supply Chain Director
- Oversee the daily activities of the supply chain
- Handle all supply chain work, including inventory, buying, imports, supplier and material data, and working with 3PL.
- Work closely with cross functional departments like Sales, Marketing, Finance to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure the team is working effectively, training, and mentoring
- Help manage risks in the supply chain, such as delays, shortages, or compliance issues.

- 5+ years of experience handling wider SCM operations, best if experienced in the medical industry
- Background with KAIZEN, process improvement, or project management
- Expertise with SAP or other ERP systems like Oracle
- Strong analytical skills and experience using MS Excel
- Effective communicator
- Native Japanese
- Business level English
