1） General Department Management:
Develop Execute the Supply Chain ESG Strategy initiatives through appropriate ESG Governance （Processes Systems） .
Jointly work with Global TT/GRM organizations and promote Supply chain ESG Steering initiatives @ DTA.
DTA Procurement and Supply Chain ESG Communication Strategies.
2） CO2 Baselining and In House Competence Building:
Baselining Partner Tools Evaluation Benchmarking Finalization.
Co2 Baselining Report （Including Potential Decarbonizing Measures abatement Cost）.
Potential partners Evaluation for “Design to Cost / green measures sourcing feasibility evaluation.
Lighthouse Projects Kickoff: eCanter 2.1 SG MY23 （@2024） and Other Platforms in future.
Build In house Competence for future Co2 Baselining DTA Platforms.
3） Target Setting （SBTi or Other Methodology） and Green Sourcing Initiatives:
Model Based Steering: De Carbonizing Roadmap （Blue Sky） Roll O…

【Requirement】
3 5 years working experience in the automotive procurement and supply chain ; Working experience in ESG Steering ZEV/Green Sourcing are an added advantage.
Educational Qualification : Diploma or Bachelor degree in Engineering （Minimum） is preferred. Master of Business Administration （MBA） is an added advantage.
Knowledge on MS Office tools （Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and Access） and Power BI.
Project Management Corporate Audits Digitalisation and Supplier Contract Management experiences would be an added advantage.
