An international pharmaceutical company is looking for an AI Product Manager - Commercial IT.Responsibilities:
* Design and implement AI solutions using Generative AI models (LLMs) and AI Agents for commercial applications
* Develop prototypes and intelligent workflows using platforms such as Copilot Studio and Amazon Bedrock
* Collaborate with data engineers and software teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems
* Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and ethical AI practices
* Partner with business teams to identify AI-driven opportunities and translate them into technical solutions
* Act as a consultant to business stakeholders, providing insights into AI capabilities and commercial processes
* Rapidly build and test prototypes to validate business hypotheses
* Write and optimise Python scripts for AI model customisation and automation
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field
* More than 7 years of experience in Generative AI, AI Agents, or related technical fields
* Experience in prompt engineering, RAG, and AI/ML workflow development
* Proficient in Python, R, Java, Scala or C/C++ and familiar with Copilot Studio or Amazon Bedrock
* Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
* Understanding of commercial business processes
* Professional level Japanese; business level English
