We are looking for team members to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Japanese and English. This position will be responsible for external communications that further enhance our reputation as a global asset management company as well as internal communications that enhance employee engagement. Experience in media communications at a PR agency or in house corporate communications department is desirable. Specifically this includes managing relationships with the media creating effective opportunities pursuing effective communication gathering information disseminating appropriate external information within the company reputation management and crisis management. This position will also need to have the skills to create communication materials. ■Knowledge and Skills
●Native Japanese speaker with strong business writing skills
●Advanced level of English
●High level of communication skills
●Social media knowledge: understanding of various social media platforms （X Facebook LinkedIn YouTube Instagram TikTok） including short form video content influencer marketing and ephemeral content
●Basic PC skills
●Design and video editing skills are plus.
■Experience and Qualification
●At least 1 2 years' experience in public relations
●Experience in asset management or the financial industry is a plus
