仕事内容: A global banking and financial services institution is looking for a Director of Business Compliance.
Responsibilities:

* Define and lead compliance, financial crime, and conduct risk strategy aligned with group and country priorities
* Advise business leaders on products, transactions, initiatives, and remediation within risk appetite
* Establish and oversee compliance policies, governance frameworks, and monitoring processes
* Act as second line risk owner, managing regulatory issues, horizon risks, and high-risk matters
* Lead and develop advisory teams, driving performance, collaboration, and risk awareness
* Engage key internal and external stakeholders to embed global standards and local regulatory obligations

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above
* Knowledge in markets product
* Understanding of compliance advisory, review and assurance, surveillance, investigations, regulatory liaison, risk assessment, and change and project management
* Possess valid JSDA Internal Control Manager certification
* Native level Japanese; proficient in English
