A global consumer products company is looking for a Sr. Program Manager, Supply Chain.Responsibilities:
* Manage 3PL providers and optimise operations for efficiency and service levels
* Develop and implement domestic and international transportation strategies
* Oversee logistics, customs compliance, warehousing, and distribution processes
* Drive inventory management and collaborate with procurement and sales for demand planning
* Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic supply chain initiatives
* Lead contract negotiations with suppliers, carriers, and 3PL providers
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
* More than 10 years of professional Supply Chain Management experience
* More than 3 years of experience in trade and fulfilment/distribution leadership roles
* Experience in successful account management within a B2B and DTC(B2C) environment
* Knowledge of supply chain processes, including planning, procurement, fulfilment and local customs and compliance legislation and practical application
* Familiarity with warehouse operations and familiarity with warehouse management systems
(WMS)
* Skilled in building strong relationships with external partners (suppliers, transportation, manufacturing, customers) and internal customers (sales, finance, planning, etc).
* Proficient in English; professional level Japanese
Preferred requirements:
* Experience in SAP or Oracle
