生産管理のご経験のある方は歓迎です。Purpose of Role
Lead evaluation and testing for shaving skincare and body care products to ensure safety performance and compelling product claims. Collaborate with global teams and internal stakeholders to deliver consumer insights and technical evidence that strengthen product appeal in the market.
Key Responsibilities
■Safety Claim Testing
・Arrange and manage safety and product claim tests in collaboration with US counterparts.
・Validate product benefits and claims through technical evidence and regulatory compliance.
■Consumer Testing
・Coordinate consumer tests with global teams and manage local research agencies in Japan.
・Ensure smooth execution of consumer studies and analyze feedback to create attractive product claims.
■Instrumental Evaluation
・Conduct instrumental measurements to assess product benefits （e.g. skin condition shaving comfort）.

■Experience
・More than 5 years in product evaluation consumer testing or technical support within FMCG or cosmetics industry.
・Experience in instrumental measurement and data interpretation preferred.
■Skills
・English communication skills sufficient for email correspondence and online meetings.
・Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks logically and effectively.
・Proactive mindset with passion for finding best solutions aligned with company direction.
