Responsibilities:
- Handle bank payments, incoming/outgoing transactions, and upload bank data into SAP
- Review and approve staff and store reimbursements, and prepare summaries for HR
- Collect invoices and manage AP booking and payments
- Support month-end closing, including AP entries, accruals, and prepayments to ensure accurate balance sheet accounts
- Communicate with external partners such as banks, law firms, tax advisors, and insurance companies
- Process e-tax and real estate tax payments and post related entries
- Coordinate with other departments and share announcements when needed
- Assist in preparing board meeting minutes
- Perform other tasks assigned by the APAC Senior Accounting Manager

- 必須

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, with a strong accounting foundation
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
- Business-level English (written and spoken) and strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Responsible, cooperative, flexible, and quick to learn
- Proactive and able to work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills for working with the APAC regional team

- CPA qualification and experience in a retail environment

基本給 450万円～750万円程度＋インセンティブボーナス（基本給の10％）
